Prices:
Prices are intended per apartment and include: water, electricity, internet, sheets and towels (first supply), heating, use of the swimming pool (in summer) and on-site assistance.


Cancellation:
Cancellations within 7 or 14 days prior to arrival are fully refundable; from 13 days to 2 days before arrival, penalty of 80% of the stay fee; from the day before arrival, penalty of 100% of the stay fee. In case of no show (no show) the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of return of the keys earlier than the expiry date of the lease, the rent already paid will not be returned.


Replacement:
If for reasons beyond our control we were forced to replace an apartment with another one having similar or superior characteristics, and therefore more expensive, there will be no price increase. If, with the client's consent, we have to assign a lower quality apartment, the difference will be refunded. Given the particular structure of the village and the uniqueness of each apartment, it is not sure that an apartment of evident superior category is always available.


IN THE VILLAGE
Arrive:
Check-in is possible from 15.30 to 20.00. A late check-in will be possible under the condition of informing the rental staff on +39 340 340 3603 and a supplement of € 30.00 will be requested. Check-in will take place in the bar / bistro located in the central square of the village, where the keys will be given, the apartment will be shown and the payment of any balance will be required. It will be necessary to show your voucher (printable from the booking page) and an identity document will be required. A DEPOSIT OF 200 EURO IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED, which will be returned upon departure of the guests if and only if no damage caused by the guests is found.
Departure:
The release of the apartment must take place strictly by 10.00 on the day of departure. Return the keys to the Rentals staff. The deposit will be returned upon check-out once it is found that no damage has been caused.


Parking:
Most of the apartments have private parking. In the event that the booked apartment does not have it, you can park your car on the top level of the multi-storey car park adjacent to the village. The square at the entrance to the village can only be used for loading and unloading luggage as in the case of the gravel road located in the lower part of the village.


Number of person:
The rented property, the property and the land relating to it, cannot be occupied by a number of people greater than that indicated in the details of the property or in the booking confirmation. This number includes children, whatever their age. However, if the size of the apartment allows it, it is possible to request the addition of a cot (owned or rented), subject to written agreement with the staff.


Pool:
The swimming pool will be open from May 15th to September 15th.
Bathing outside the aforementioned hours is prohibited.


Cleaning and customer responsibility:
A final cleaning of the apartment is included in the rental price. It is mandatory to leave the apartment in the same good condition in which it was found. It should be noted that 100 euros may be deducted from the deposit in the event that the hob is not cleaned, in the event that the garbage is not taken away from the apartment and thrown in the appropriate bins, in the event that the refrigerator is not emptied and the freezer and if the dishwasher is not emptied (where present). The customer has the responsibility to treat the holiday home with respect, is held responsible for any damage that he himself or anyone who is part of his group has caused. The customer is responsible for any personal or physical damage he causes during the rental period, even for damage for which he is or can be insured. The customer has the duty to ensure that neither he nor the people accompanying him disturb neighbors of the house or the surrounding area. In the event that the customer or one of the persons accompanying him acts in an inappropriate or unacceptable manner, the management and staff reserve the right to cancel the lease immediately and without notice. In this case, guests are not entitled to a full or partial refund of the cost of the stay.


Towels and sheets:
Towels and sheets are included in the price. An additional change can be requested for a fee. Guests have access to a laundromat with washing machines and dryers. Tokens can be purchased in the office or at the bar (€ 1.50 each token).
It is forbidden to hang clothes and beach towels outside the apartment.

Garbage:
The village has a waste recycling system, respecting nature and the landscape.
Please throw the garbage in the bins located on the highest level in the parking lot near the village.
