There are many opportunities for sporting activities around Colletta. There are walks, rides and climbs all around the village itself, plus the full range of water sports are available along the nearby coast and the mountains are full of opportunities for all seasons.
Fitness
Bodyweight exercises to awaken the body and mind. We stimulate the muscles to start the day with determination, reduce stress and speed up the metabolism.

Yoga is the practice of joining opposites and realigning our aspects starting from the body through static and dynamic positions (asanas).
